Can we pay by invoice?

Invoicing is possible if your company has an invoicing agreement with Yöpuu Yhtiö. Invoicing must always be agreed in advance. We do not bill individual persons. You can get more information from our sales team at myynti@yopuuyhtio.fi or by calling 014 333 911.

I use a wheelchair. Are your facilities accessible by wheel chair?

Our hotel is accessible all around. There is 1 accessible parking space in our parking garage and two accessible rooms in our hotel that were completely renovated in 2023. The second accessible is a Standard room and the other is a Superior-level room, with its own sauna.

I'm coming to visit your restaurant. Where can I park my car?

We recommend the P-Tori parking garage to our restaurant customers, which is located near Verso. The drive-in address is Yliopistonkatu 15. Payment is by hours at the parking garage payment machine.

Can I bring my pet to the hotel?

Our hotel has 5 rooms where you can stay with your pet.

The pet rooms are Standard rooms. Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated in our other room categories. The windows of the pet rooms face the courtyard and the bathrooms of the rooms are equipped with bathtubs. When making a reservation, remember to make sure that pet rooms are available. We charge an additional fee of €20.00/visit for pet's stay.

I'm not staying at the hotel, but I'd like to come for breakfast. Do I need a table reservation?

All customers are welcome to our breakfast. We recommend a table reservation especially for weekend mornings or if it is a larger group. You can make a reservation directly on our website or at the reception 014-333 999, info@hotelliverso.fi.

Do you have the so-called family rooms?

Our hotel has a few Standard and Superior rooms with 135cm wide sofa beds. Children under 4 sleep free of charge next to their parents. Separate extra bed for 4-12 year olds €15.00/night and over 12 years old and adults, extra bed €35.00/night.

We are traveling with a baby. Do you have a baby cot?

Yes, there is. You can get a baby cot in the room free of charge. If you need a baby cot in your room, please mention this when making a reservation.

I would like to have breakfast in the room, is that possible?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to order breakfast in the room. Our Finnish breakfast is certainly worth experiencing on site in our restaurant.

I need a day room. Is that possible?

We do not have a separate price for the day room. We charge the price of 1 day for the reservation.

We are getting married and would like to spend our wedding night at your hotel. Can I come and see the rooms in advance?

Of course, taking into account our room availability. Please arrange the meeting in advance with our Reception at info@hotelliverso.fi or by calling 014 333 999.

Can we reserve your sauna facilities for private use?

Unfortunately, we do not reserve Verso's sauna facilities for private use. In our hotel, 8 rooms with saunas can be reserved if you want to take a sauna in private. If you need a private sauna, we warmly recommend Kirkkopuisto Bistro's sauna. Inquiries about it from our sales service myynti@yopuuyhtio.fi or by calling 014 333 911.

Can I check in before 3 PM?

It is possible to check in to the room already before 3 p.m., if the room is free and cleaned. If you are arriving at the hotel already earlier, you have the option to leave your luggage in the luggage room located next to the reception.

What time is check-out?

The check-out of the room is by noon, 12:00. You can ask the reception about a possible late check-out, depending on our availability. We charge €10/hour for late check-out.

I left something in my room during my stay. How do you deal with found goods?

We store found goods for two weeks in Verso. After that, the valuable finds are delivered directly to the found property office of the Jyväskylä Police Department. You can inquire about your lost belongings at Verso's reception on 014 333 999.

I'm leaving early in the morning before your breakfast at the hotel starts. Can I have breakfast though?

Will do. We separately prepare breakfast at our reception, which can be taken with you if necessary. Please let the reception know at the latest the evening before departure if you want an early breakfast.

We are getting married/have a party. We would like a room allotment in your hotel for our guests, is that possible?

I would like to pay for my room in advance. Is it possible?

Yes, it is. We can send you a secure payment link by email, which you can use to pay for the room in advance. Our reception will send or print you a receipt upon receipt of the payment.

I have an electric car. Does your hotel have an electric car charging facility?

There are 11 electric car charging points in the P-Verso parking garage of our hotel. Charching works with the PlugIt application. The parking fee in our hall is €16/day (payment at the reception) and the electric car charging fee with the PlugIt application. If you want to reserve a parking space in advance, the parking fee is €20.00 + electricity charging fee.

I am coming to stay at your hotel. Where can I park my car?

The hotel's customers are served by the P-Verso parking garage on the ground floor of the hotel. You drive to P-Verso via the P-Tori parking garage from Yliopistonkatu 15. Do you have room service?

Unfortunately, our hotel does not have room service. If you wish, you can order food from Verso Kitchen and pick up the food yourself in your room.
